Eight Days in Los Angeles

Eight Days in Los Angeles is a short road trip around the city and its outskirts, photographed in spring on my first visit to California.
 A city that feels strangely familiar after years of seeing a fictional GTA 5 Los Santos on a screen.      

Hazy afternoons, washed-out billboards, people drifting through sunlit parking lots and boulevards that seem to go on forever. 
The work is both a gentle love letter to Los Angeles and a way to understand how images from cinema, games and advertising shape the way we experience a landscape that is already half-myth, half-reality.
